We're excited to be recruiting for Camp Assistants for Summer 2024. This is a great opportunity to work outside for the summer, have fun with the amazing young people we work with and build on your own personal skills such as leadership, communication and team work.

The purpose of this role is to assist with the supervision of children during the summer programmes at Lorne, leading them through their activity sessions and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

You wIll have:

- An interest in working with children and young people

- A passion for the outdoors

- Good communication skills

- The ability to be a team player

- Ability to use initiative

- Midweek day time availability from 1^st July to 30^th August 2024. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Rate of pay: Minimum wage.

Hours: Casual hours. You select the days you are available for on our app and then are allocated shifts.

Holiday Pay: You will be paid 1 hour of holiday pay for every 8 hours worked.

Parking: Free Parking is available at Lorne Estate. There is also easy access to public transport.

A training day will be held on Saturday 29th June - it is essential that all successful candidates are able to attend this. All training is paid.
